By accessing and using the lattafa.my website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Product Information

Product Condition

All perfumes sold by LATTAFA are brand new and delivered in their original manufacturer packaging. We feature collections from Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, Zimaya, Maison Alhambra, Ard Al Zaafaran, and Grandeur.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

  • Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
  • Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
  • Formulations: Minor adjustments by fragrance houses

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
  • Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, GrabPay PayLater, ShopeePay, ShopBack PayLater
  • Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through HitPay. You will be redirected to HitPay's secure payment environment to complete your purchase. We do not store your card details.
  • Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: All orders ship free to all 16 states in Malaysia — no minimum purchase required
  • Couriers: J&T Express, Pos Malaysia, NinjaVan, SPX Xpress, Best Express, Poslaju
  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–4 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 1–4 business days

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Return Shipping: Free — return shipping is covered by LATTAFA

Process: Please contact us to request return authorization

Refund Time: 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Limitation of Liability
